This space has private access, remote double width vehicle door, garage door clearance of 6'5 at its lowest point in the middle, but can accommodate slightly taller vehicles on either side. It's tall enough for something like a mini van or pickup, but not enough for a full-size van. This vehicle storage facility is reasonably maintained, and very secure with daily checks. Since we created it in 1995, we have not had any damage or security incidences. This fully enclosed underground garage space has great climate control, being cool in summer and warm in winter.

Repair work beyond regular maintenance is not allowed inside garage, and neither is idling. Storage cars and older vehicles require cardboard or plastic to be kept under car to prevent fluid leaks onto garage floor.

Location is one block west of Dufferin Street, just off of Queen Street.
