If you are interested in renting garage space in Toronto for storage of cars, trucks, motorcycles, snowmobiles, small boats, call or email us to see what is current available. We generally are at near-full capacity, especially during the winter months. We can discuss your needs and timing, and a payment plan that works well for you. You can prepay to reserve a space up to one month before you actually need it, to give yourself the peace of mind of knowing that your vehicle will be safe.
Many potential clients like to come down and view the underground garage in person before committing. We can set up an appointment for you to do this. If during weekdays (9-7) is inconvenient for you, we can make alternate plans to accommodate your schedule. Please call or email us to schedule your visit.
After seeing the space, if you would like to proceed, we require a $200 security deposit to safeguard against late payment, early termination, key return, and fluid residue on garage floor. If you do not have your own programmable garage remote, which we can provide the PIN code for, but require a remote for quicker access, then you can purchase on from us, ready roll, for $40 +GST incl battery.
Clients have 24 hr access to the garage with a key and pushbutton code number to the pedestrian entrance. This double-security system, and the security checks, are responsible for a perfect security record for all of the eight years we've been operating. The garage opens automatically upon exiting the garage.
We do not allow major repairs or idling within the garage.
The vehicle clearance is 6' 4" (76") but does not account for vehicle lift when it is on the ramp, so to be safe, if your vehicle height is within several inches of this limit, please drive very slowly or have someone outside the vehicle "spot" you the first time entering the garage.
To rent the space, you need to present a valid driver's license or passport as ID.
We accept cash, checks, Visa, and MasterCard. Monthly payment clients can be on a pre-authorized credit card plan, for extra convenience. If paying monthly by cheque, you must provide a complete series of post-dated cheques.
The garage keeps a moderate temperature all-year long, which makes your vehicle cool in the summer, and warm in the winter. No more scraping ice off your windshield, or feeling like a roast in an oven in the summer!
