parking garage rental and vehicle storage space in Toronto

The following rental rates, rent prices, and service fees are for renting a safe, climate-controlled, secure underground parking garage and vehicle storage facility located in downtown west Toronto, with a 76" (6' 4") vehicle height limit. We have spaces available until at least Dec 31, 2010 currently.

month-to-month contract- $200 per month + taxes. Automatic monthly renewal unless cancelled with one month's notice by either party. Payment via post-dated checks or pre-authorized credit card form only.

prepaid contract - Save $40 per month by pre-paying $175 per month + taxes, until Dec 31, 2010.

single motorcycles in a smaller space or shared larger space are $100 per month + taxes, or $90 per month + taxes, prepaid until Dec 31, 2010.

Optional remote for purchase new $40, used $20 (if available).

A security deposit equal to one month's renta is required on all monthly spaces, and is refunded when no charges are owing, key to pedestrian entrance is returned, and no fluid damage or debris left in space, and departure is timely. We always recommend placing a tarp under any vehicles that may leak any fluids, vintage vehicles, or for all storage vehicles. Storage vehicles should have a cover on them.

Payment methods and due dates

All payments, including pre-authorized monthly credit card payments, are due by, and processed one month before end of term. For example, payment for May parking will be due by and processed by the last working day of March. Prices listed are discounted for cash, cheque, or debit. MasterCard or Visa are full price, so add 3% for payments over $300. Cheque payments are due via full series of post-dated cheques for the entire term. Credit card payments are via a swipe for the first payment, and then via a completed pre-authorized form kept on file for subsequent payments. A driver's license is needed as ID for first-time parking clients, and our photocopy should be updated when a change of address occurs or license renews.

Checks should be made out to Boa Solutions Inc. All fees do not include 5% GST and 8% PST / 13% HST when applicable. Prices and terms are subject to change without notice on this site, and two months' notice for clients under contract.
